About Mr. Cooper

Dylan Cooper, MSEd, is a Research Project Manager at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. Mr. Cooper is experienced in developing grant applications and manuscripts, and translating and disseminating research findings into policy. He focuses much of his work on supporting funding proposals that align with the center objectives, while contributing to existing projects such as an R01 on identifying the impact of rental assistance on health outcomes. His research background focuses on system-engagement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including health care, legal, housing, and child welfare systems. Prior to joining the Center in 2026, Mr. Cooper served as the Project Director of Cross-Systems Initiatives at the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019.
